Key Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Develop a social media game plan that slays across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Curate content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
    • Launch custom social media strategies for each film release, amplifying the buzz around our movies.
    • Manage our content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging posts that leave a lasting impression.
    • Collaborate with our in-house designer or freelancers to create stunning visuals that capture our brand's essence.
    • Engage with other accounts, grow our brand partnerships, and push brand awareness to new heights.
    • Run paid ad campaigns to give our social media a power boost.
    • Develop an influencer strategy that makes our events shine and our partnerships sparkle.
  • Driving Sales & Acquisition
    • Develop a comprehensive quarterly and yearly marketing plan that drives ticket sales and grows our audience.
    • Craft email campaigns that entice our audience to buy tickets and experience our immersive dining and cinematic events.
    • Cook up creative strategies to skyrocket ticket sales, from digital tactics to guerrilla marketing stunts.
  • Driving Brand Awareness
    • Launch campaigns that turn Taste Film into the go-to name for immersive dining and epic cinematic experiences.
    • Craft communications that make our Tasters feel like VIP members of the ultimate film and food club.
  • Customer Insights and Reporting
    • Analyze social media and email marketing data to fine-tune future strategies and drive growth.
    • Partner with our ops team to monitor ticket sales and spot opportunities to amplify our marketing efforts.
    Requirements:
    • 4+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on social media and email marketing.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-platform marketing campaigns.
    • A natural executor, able to think on your feet and adapt workflows with nuance and agility.
    • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
    • A self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a brand or start-up.
    • Highly attuned to trends and cultural moments, with the ability to adapt strategies quickly to stay relevant.
    • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
    • A collaborative team player with a passion for growing a vibrant and fun brand.
