Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Key Accounts Director to join our team and drive growth in the building materials division.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B selling building materials, winning new business and developing accounts UK-wide.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a sales plan, targeting key potential customers in the industry.
  • Set goals and targets, learn new product and service features and benefits.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead identification to close.
  • Develop strong client relationships, delivering accurate and relevant insight.
  • Work alongside the sales team to develop up-selling and cross-selling strategies for key clients.
  • Prepare and present KPI reports to internal stakeholders.

Salary Range: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
