Job Title: Event Planning Manager
About the Role:
C and N Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting for an Event Planning Manager for a prestigious hotel. Our client is a world-class venue and resort that offers fine dining, outdoor activities, and an award-winning spa and health club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell the venue for special events, weddings, and corporate functions.
- Build relationships with clients and assist in planning events.
- Organize event spaces and assist with menu planning.
- Assist with guest list planning and finalize event details.
- Collaborate with other departments, including chefs, operations teams, and front and back-of-house staff.
- Develop strong communication skills with guests, colleagues, and other staff members.
- Attend regular meetings as required.
- Perform administrative tasks associated with the position.
- Conduct appointments and showrooms.
