Senior Event Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee the execution of various events, including corporate conferences, weddings, and parties.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the smooth running of events, including space management, catering, guest lists, and final details.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments, such as chefs, operations teams, and front and back of house staff, to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning, preferably in a hotel or conference venue setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and hotel staff.
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Desirable: experience with event management software, such as Delphi.

  • A competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000 per annum, plus a £3,500 bonus and benefits.
