Event Planning Manager

C&N Recruitment is seeking a skilled Event Planning Manager to join their team. As an Event Planning Manager, you will be responsible for proactively selling the venue for special events, weddings, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To proactively sell the venue for special events, weddings, and corporate functions.
  • To build relationships with clients and assist in helping them plan their events.
  • To organise the room/space for functions.
  • To assist with the organisation of menus.
  • To assist in planning guest lists and finalising all event details.
  • To work with other departments and build relationships with chefs, operations teams, front and back of house staff.
  • To communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other staff members.
  • To attend regular meetings as required.
  • To perform necessary administrative tasks.
  • To conduct appointments and showrooms.
