We are seeking a highly organized and personable Senior Event Planning Manager to join our team at Krystle Recruitment Solutions.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in planning large-scale events, managing relationships with corporate clients, and working with various departments within a hotel or conference venue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the execution of various events, including corporate conferences, weddings, and parties.
- Work closely with clients to ensure the smooth running of events, including space management, catering, guest lists, and final details.
- Manage multiple clients simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
- Collaborate with hotel departments, such as chefs, operations teams, and front and back of house staff, to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, preferably in a hotel or conference venue setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and hotel staff.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Desirable: experience with event management software, such as Delphi.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £40,000-£42,000 per annum, plus a £3,500 bonus and benefits.
