Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Senior Event Planning Manager to join our team at Krystle Recruitment Solutions. As a Senior Event Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various events, including corporate conferences, weddings, and parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the planning and coordination of large-scale events, including managing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure the smooth execution of events, including arranging logistics, catering, and guest lists.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including chefs, operations, and front and back of house staff, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event planning, preferably in a hotel or large conference venue setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Desirable: experience with event management software, such as Delphi.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 per annum.
  • A bonus of £3,500 per annum.
