We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Professional to join our team at Urban Village Medical Practice.

Job summary

The successful candidate will assist the medical personnel with the care of patients, including treatment, preventative care, screening, and patient education.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist with blood pressure checks, NHS health checks, Smoking Cessation, and other clinical tasks
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through effective communication and teamwork
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Qualified to NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care
Estimated salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum
