Job Title: Early Years Teaching Assistant - Lichfield

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely Lichfield school. The successful candidate will work within the Reception class, providing support to teachers and pupils on a general and 1:1 basis. This is a long-term, full-time role until the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality support to teachers and pupils
* Assist with small group work and individualized instruction
* Have a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum
* Be an outstanding member of staff

Requirements:

* Experience working within schools
* Relevant qualification
* Ability to think on your feet
