Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Rugeley
We are currently working with a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Rugeley who are looking for several teaching assistants to start full time. The school is an independent special school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching staff in the delivery of lessons
- Delivering small group sessions
- Providing one to one support to students who require additional help
- Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field
- Have knowledge of SEN
- Have a passion for education and working with young people
- Hold a current and clear enhanced DBS or be willing to apply for one
Working with Teaching Personnel:
