We are seeking an experienced Executive Officer to join our team at Brook Street NMR. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Deanery in coordinating and managing post-graduate medical education & training for all trainees.
The role involves liaising with external providers to resolve invoices and secure timely payments for a backlog of outstanding invoices. You should have good data entry skills and be able to work electronically through emails and electronic filing programs.
This is a process-driven role, requiring attention to detail and great communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
As an Executive Officer, you will have the opportunity to work on other projects and opportunities within the Deanery to increase your skill set and visibility within the department and organisation.
Please note that a clear DBS will be required for this role, and three years' referencing will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
