Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our Learning Disability CAMHS Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments and therapeutic treatment to children and young people with learning disabilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify the needs of children and young people with learning disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the complex needs of our clients.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.
- Contribute to the development of a strategy for psychological professions and practice within our CAMHS transformation programme.

Person Specification
Essential
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council and eligibility for registration as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist.
- Post-graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology.
Desirable
- Post-doctoral training in one or more additional specialized areas of psychological practice.
