We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced SEN teaching and learning assistant to join our team. As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality lessons and provide support to students with special educational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support to students who require additional help
- Organise and collect resources for lessons
- Be a positive role model and inspire students to make positive life choices
- Use enthusiasm to encourage students to become involved in lessons
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Passion for education
