About the Role:

This exciting opportunity exists within Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services. As a Learning and Development Project Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization's talent development.

Your main duties will include managing various aspects of L&D projects, such as course bookings, promotions, and facilitation of learning events. You will also be responsible for monitoring learning effectiveness, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement, and evaluating ROI.

An ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ideally with experience in L&D coordination and program management. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and adult learning principles will be beneficial.

Key requirements include excellent project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
