Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our UKI marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide administrative and logistical support for marketing and sales events, coordinate customer communications, and assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization of local customer events, including coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing events specialist to deliver successful tradeshows and events.
  • Provide logistical support to the sales team with truck system bookings.
  • Coordinate direct customer communications through digital channels.
  • Initiate and manage the content creation process, including regionalizing collaterals for the UK & Ireland markets.
  • Collaborate with branding and design teams across EU and Global.
  • Manage project tracking systems and databases to maintain high-quality collaboration within the EU Marketing team and US global creative team.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing, preferably acquired in an international, fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' work experience in events management and/or marketing.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with ability to interact with various departments and customers.
  • Self-starter with ability to edit and update Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML files.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment, providing cross-functional support.
  • Flexible and reliable, with strong attention to detail.
  • Travel up to 10% - 15% required, mostly in the UK region.
