Mechanical Contracts Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of service and testing contracts within our facilities management operations.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of mechanical services across multiple properties. Your responsibilities will encompass collaboration with suppliers, customer support, contract management, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with suppliers to guarantee the successful execution of various mechanical service and testing contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer support to a large number of properties within Staffordshire and surrounding areas.
- Effectively manage multiple mechanical contracts, including Air Conditioning, Gas Boiler Systems, HVAC, and more.
- Utilize an asset management system to monitor contractor compliance and review technical reports.
- Conduct supplier staff audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols and competency standards.
- Contribute to the procurement process and refine technical specifications for optimal outcomes.
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in facilities management within a multi-site environment. Your expertise should encompass property compliance regulations, Health and Safety guidelines, and relevant property-related qualifications.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools is essential, along with experience in program and performance management related to property assets. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are also required.
