We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a Coventry and Warwickshire WorkWell Programme Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the WMJobs team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs to gain or sustain employment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead and shape individual support plans that contain unique and positive actions, provide consistent support throughout the individual's journey into employment, and co-write and design personal plans that capture the support needs and career aspirations of individuals.

You will also lead in shaping independence plans by evaluating current support needs and designing a plan for independence, make well-informed recommendations for personal development/training to overcome barriers, and work with project officers, employment support advisors, and programme managers to ensure collective outcomes meet the objectives of the team and funded programme outputs.
