About the Role

This Therapy Assistant position is an exciting opportunity for individuals who wish to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in North Warwickshire. As a member of our community therapy team, you will work closely with patients, carers, and relatives to provide integrated care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with patients in their own homes to deliver integrated care, intervention, equipment provision, and short-term rehabilitation.
  • Liaise and work closely with Occupational and Physio Therapists, nursing staff, General Practitioners, and the acute hospital.
  • Foollow practice policy and procedures, and provide supervision to more junior staff.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education to GCSE level or equivalent.
  • Evidence of CPD maintained in a portfolio, including certificates from relevant courses or training.
  • Willingsness to work towards the Care Certificate.
  • NVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards.
  • Membership of CSP.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
