**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to join our central SHE team at Willmott Dixon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our South region sites to ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and advise on standards of health, safety and environment across our sites.
  • Enforce and report on compliance with statutory and company requirements.
  • Ensure our sites are up-to-date with current legislation and group policy and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and stakeholders on health, safety and environmental matters.
  • Identify and implement new and innovative ways of working to improve health, safety and environmental performance.
  • Provide leadership and support to staff and supply chain on health, safety and environmental matters.
  • Respond to accidents and incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote and encourage excellent standards and continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental management within our business.

**Requirements**

  • Level 3 Qualification (NEBOSH / Construction certificate)
  • CSCS Card
  • FASET, Confined Spaces, Scaffold Inspection, Fire Marshal
  • IOSH affiliated member
  • Valid Driving licence
  • Maintained good standards of HS&E on construction and housing projects.
  • Worked on a wide range of construction methods and trades from groundwork's to internal fit-out and finishing trades.
  • Worked with project team to develop innovative ways of working which improve HS&E standards.
  • Reviewed new products and standards and making recommendations for implementation.
