We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Weekend Receptionist to join our team at Barnes Lodge, a residential care home in Tonbridge, Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and monitoring telephone calls. They will also be required to provide hospitality and support to residents, visitors, and staff.

Main duties will include:

  • Welcoming visitors and showing them around the home's services and facilities.
  • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing mail, receiving and monitoring incoming telephone calls.

As a Weekend Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services to our residents.
