Senior Performance Management Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Performance Management Analyst to join our team at Powys Teaching Health Board.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a robust corporate performance management framework, consistent with the Health Board's Strategic Direction and Operational Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Performance in implementing the Board's Integrated Quality and Performance Framework.
  • Collate data from various sources, communicate and liaise with managers and clinicians at all levels, and with external partner colleagues.
  • Develop and implement the Powys Integrated Performance Framework.
  • Work with key stakeholders to support and challenge services improving patient outcomes through appropriate use of key performance and analysis work.
  • Provide robust, timely reporting of key performance drivers of the NHS.
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in analytics and performance management.
  • Significant knowledge of performance management at postgraduate level, across multiple complex commissioning pathways.
  • Experience in an information/performance management role, with significant experience of performance management frameworks and processes in a large complex organisation.
  • Excellent People Management skills, ability to deal with contentious data and information, and communicate effectively using strong report writing and presentation skills.
