We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Iceland, one of the UK's fastest-growing retailers. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting your team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective store operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience

Requirements:
