About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Home Manager to lead our team at Queens Care Home, providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting our staff in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver personalized care to residents in line with their individual care plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided at Queens Care Home.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a residential and/or nursing setting, with strong operational management experience.
  • A current driving license and access to your own vehicle.
