About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Leader to join our team at Transparent Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and provide insightful recommendations to improve financial performance and long-term viability.
  • Lead the budgeting process by working collaboratively with department heads to establish financial targets.
  • Monitor and update financial forecasts based on actuals.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow to meet operational requirements and financial obligations.
  • Implement effective cash management strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Identify and assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Work with executive management on a collaborative level in the development and execution of the company's strategic plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and coordinate and manage external audits.
  • Lead and mentor the Finance Team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Commercially focused
  • Good FP&A skills
  • Direct M&A exposure (highly acquisitive business)
  • Previous experience in a 'scale-up' scenario would be advantageous
  • Hands-on approach
