Assistant Store Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coach a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Deputize for the Store Manager in their absence, ensuring seamless store operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Lead the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and maintain a high level of store appearance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
