Assistant Store Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will play a key role in helping to run a multi-million pound store. You will be responsible for motivating and developing a diverse and talented team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a key member of the store leadership team, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager with tasks such as sorting out deliveries, placing orders, and dealing with customer queries. You will also be responsible for people management and performance, as well as organizing holiday rotas for the team.
Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and are committed to developing their teams to achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business objectives
- Lead and develop a diverse and talented team
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Drive sales growth and minimize costs
- Organize holiday rotas for the team
