Your day-to-day will be varied, with tasks ranging from supporting the Store Manager with deliveries and orders to people management and performance. You\u0027ll also be responsible for organizing holiday rotas for the team and ensuring great customer service.

In this role, you\u0027ll be more than prepared to step into the Store Manager\u0027s shoes in their absence.

Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and motivating their teams to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities:

* Lead a team of retail professionals in a fast-paced environment
* Develop and implement operational plans to maximize sales and efficiency
* Manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve targets
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives
