Assistant Deputy Headteacher Position

We are currently seeking an Assistant Deputy Headteacher to join our SEMH school in Princes Risborough on a permanent, term-time only basis.
\The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with children who have special educational needs.
\Responsibilities:\- \
- Develop and implement curriculum strategies across the school.\
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure student progress.\
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues.\
- Manage student behaviour and maintain a safe learning environment.\
- Collaborate with education, residential care, and clinical teams.\
- Monitor student progress and targets.\

This role offers a competitive salary package, including £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus statutory holiday pay.
