Special Needs Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking two dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Special Needs Teaching Assistants in Oxfordshire, working closely with experienced teaching staff to provide support to pupils with severe and complex learning needs.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, and demonstrate a passion for working with individuals with special educational needs.
In this role, you will assist the teacher in the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons, providing one-to-one support to pupils as needed. You will also contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and participate in regular team meetings to discuss pupil progress.
Requirements- Aged 16+
- Experience working with individuals with special educational needs an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Estimated salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
