**Job Responsibilities**
As a Professional Standards Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Quality and Compliance and the wider team. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the business meets and exceeds external requirements, taking ownership of patient and stakeholder concerns, and developing an understanding of facility operations. You will work closely with key teams across the business to drive excellence and ensure a positive working environment.
**Benefits and Salary**
We offer a competitive salary of £42,500 - £62,500 per annum, plus a range of benefits including occupational sick pay, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, contributory pension, and discounted insurance. You will also receive registration fees paid, long service bonuses, and refer-a-friend bonuses. **Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you must be a registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You should have a strong understanding of pharmacy law and ethics, as well as professional standards, NHS contracts, GPhC standards, and regulatory inspection criteria. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with good problem-solving skills and the ability to use MS Office and Google/Google Docs at an intermediate level.
