Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Savings Operations team as a Call Centre Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to customers via telephone, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with opening accounts, administering the process, and ensuring their queries are answered effectively.
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
We're looking for a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you have previous experience in customer service, financial services, or a related field, that's a bonus However, we're happy to train the right candidate.
