Executive Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing restaurant team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Manage restaurant budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
