About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Client Experience Assistant to join our team at Elbrus Partners. As the first point of contact, you will provide an exceptional welcome to our clients and ensure their experience is nothing short of outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike
  • Manage the front desk and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
  • Assist with setting up new offices and booking meeting rooms
  • Offer exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in hospitality, hotel, concierge, fitness, members clubs, hostess, waiting staff, barista's, retail - any client-facing role where you have had to provide a high level of service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive and professional attitude
