Company Overview: Office Angels is a leading recruitment agency in the UK, specialising in temporary and permanent placements. We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have up-to-date CPD qualifications and extensive experience in financial reporting, with a strong understanding of Financial Reporting Standards and UK GAAP.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.

Job Description:

  • To provide effective, accurate, and timely financial reporting, along with appropriate recommendations to enable the company to make strategic and informed decisions.
  • To provide critical decision support, insightful business planning, tight financial cost and overhead control, along with effective working capital management.
  • To aid, if required, in the day-to-day management of the group's finance function, providing support and information to the Group Financial Controller and the rest of the Executive Management Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Accountant with up-to-date CPD qualifications.
  • Experience of financial reporting with good knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and UK GAAP.
  • Experience of working in an Auditing practice.
  • Excellent and practical Excel skills (vlook-ups, pivot tables, if statements etc.)
