Support Worker

Fitzroy Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to individuals with varying abilities, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to individuals in their own flats, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
- Support individuals with motivation and healthy lifestyle choices, including exercise and nutrition.
- Collaborate with a shared night staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Support two young ladies in their own flats, including one lady requiring sleep ins every night.
We are looking for a Support Worker who is flexible, empathetic, and able to work independently. If you are passionate about providing person-centered care and making a positive impact on people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
