Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to residents with learning disabilities, including personal care, domestic work, and responding to their needs throughout the day and night.
  • Work collaboratively with residents to identify and achieve their goals, promoting choice and control over their lives.
  • Support residents in developing healthy lifestyles, including taking part in activities and interests that promote well-being.
  • Carry out cleaning duties and complete paperwork as required.
Requirements
  • A full driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
  • Guaranteed hours available for part-time staff.
  • Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
  • A £25 Emergency Payment for short notice cover.
