Care and Support Professional

About the Role:
As a Care and Support Professional, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their later years with dignity and independence. Your duties will include delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the estate, including apartment cleans, as well as supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living tasks and personal care.
- Deliver housekeeping and domestic support, including apartment cleans and laundry services.
- Support residents in booking appointments, arranging transportation, and escorting them on visits as needed.
- Assist residents with shopping and other errands.
- Encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
About You:
We are looking for a warm and friendly individual with a passion for making a difference in the lives of older people. You will have ideally some experience working in a care or support environment and be driven to deliver excellent customer service. You will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support, and be able to work as part of a team in a busy work setting.
