- Full driving license and willingness to drive accessible vehicles.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and night duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.25 (weekdays) and £12.37 (weekends).
- Additional £2.50 per hour for overtime.
