About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at FitzRoy. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, tailored to their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the individuals and their support networks to identify and achieve their goals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, domestic work, and activities that promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
  • Support individuals with night-time and morning activities, including personal care and domestic work.
  • Respond promptly to provide support as required throughout the night.
