Job Title: Support Worker

Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Lowestoft, Oulton Broad. As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, providing emotional support and promoting independence.
  • Build meaningful relationships with individuals, understanding their unique needs and abilities.
  • Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Provide a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
