As a Teaching Assistant for Children with SEN, you will play a vital role in supporting children who face challenges in accessing mainstream education. Working one-to-one with these young individuals, you will help them develop essential skills and confidence.

Your primary responsibilities will include creating personalized lesson plans, implementing strategies to engage learners, and maintaining accurate records of progress.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as patience and empathy when interacting with children and families.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15-20 per hour, dependent on experience, as well as the option to work part-time or full-time hours. Having your own transport is not required but would be advantageous.
