We are seeking a highly motivated Primary SEN Teaching Professional to join our team at a supportive primary school in Watford, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children with special educational needs and possess strong communication skills.
About the Role:- Support pupils with SEN in their learning and development both in and out of the classroom.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of personalized learning plans.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages pupil engagement and participation.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) are desirable.
- A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
