Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit valuations to ensure accurate financial control.
  2. Certify subcontractor and supplier payments to maintain a smooth workflow.
  3. Place subcontract orders and manage material procurement to meet project deadlines.
  4. Develop and review construction programmes to ensure timely completion.
  5. Collate and manage RFIs and CSIs to address project queries.
  6. Maintain high health and safety standards across all projects.
  7. Review and obtain Temporary Works designs to ensure compliance.
  8. Provide input to weekly labour meetings to drive project efficiency.
  9. Manage contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and revisions.

Requirements:

  1. A proven track record in project surveying and financial control.
  2. Background in project management with experience of JCT contracts.
  3. Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
  4. Extensive experience in dealing with client professionals and subcontractors.
  5. Strong motivational and communication skills to lead a team.
