Project Engineer / Manager

On Line Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multi-discipline cross-functional teams to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Proactively manage change and nurture relationships with clients built on trust.
  • Keep On Line Group senior management informed of issues and risks, and generate project and board reports.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and senior management.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree recognized by an institution, ideally a Chartered Engineer or working towards such.
  • Project Management qualification, such as APM, Prince 2, or PMI, or working towards such.
  • Understanding of the works to be delivered by individual disciplines within a project.
  • Typically 5-10 years of experience in a project role or process role, ideally within a design office or consultancy company.
  • Good understanding of change management with a demonstrable track record of successful implementation.
  • Subject knowledge of chemical / biochemical process plants and ability to liaise on a technical level with On Line Group and client teams.
  • Ability to communicate via both verbal and written means to peers and people outside of the company.
  • Experience of operations & projects within a GMP environment would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including MS Project, Excel, and Word.
