Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our store.
- Stock Management: Carry out stock replenishment and maintain a tidy and inviting store environment, ensuring all areas are well-stocked and easily accessible to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Meet high standards of display and visual merchandising, helping customers find what they're looking for easily and creating an engaging shopping experience.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive and productive store environment.
- Passion for Customer Service: A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- Communication Skills: Confident communication skills, both verbally and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
