Position Summary
We are seeking a Service Coordination Specialist to join our team in Southampton. This role requires full-time office presence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the weekly workload of field engineers.
- Coordinate site access and schedule maintenance visits for our clients.
- Issue work instructions and maintain accurate service records.
- Collect engineer visit reports and impedance data.
- Update contract databases and provide feedback on contract performance.
- Coordinate worker engagements and organize competency training programs.
- Liaise with management for screenings and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
- Experience in client/team coordination and multitasking.
