Position Summary

We are seeking a Service Coordination Specialist to join our team in Southampton. This role requires full-time office presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the weekly workload of field engineers.
  • Coordinate site access and schedule maintenance visits for our clients.
  • Issue work instructions and maintain accurate service records.
  • Collect engineer visit reports and impedance data.
  • Update contract databases and provide feedback on contract performance.
  • Coordinate worker engagements and organize competency training programs.
  • Liaise with management for screenings and other administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.
  • Experience in client/team coordination and multitasking.
