As a member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our business, guiding our rapidly evolving organisation chart, and ensuring seamless succession planning. This international role offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities, working closely with teams in various stages of maturity across nine countries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for organisational development, focusing on behaviour, culture, and performance.
  • Leverage your expertise in OD&D and L&D to drive behavioural change and cultural transformation.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous learning, embracing emerging trends and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, promoting cross-functional teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles within fast-growing organisations, with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Expertise in OD&D and L&D, with a deep understanding of behaviour, culture, and performance improvement.
  • International experience, with a strong appreciation of diverse markets and cultures.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling vision, drive execution, and measure outcomes.

Salary: £95,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
