Renewable Energy Infrastructure Specialist

At Field, we're accelerating the build out of renewable energy infrastructure to reach net zero. We're a company that's taking a leading role in building one of the critical solutions to a generational problem.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll management: coordinate the delivery of an efficient payroll service across three countries, including working with external partners in Italy and Spain and internal colleagues in the UK, to ensure the provision of accurate and timely employee information each month.
- Salary benchmarking: coordinate the delivery of a continuous cycle of salary benchmarking across all core teams and countries, including working with the recruitment team to monitor and collate relevant candidate data, including salary levels, expectations, talent pool size, arising trends, etc.
- Benefits benchmarking + management: monitor the effectiveness of current benefits offerings, ensuring we remain competitive and broadly comparable in each country, including completing benchmarking exercises in each geography in order to build a comprehensive understanding for legal minimums, market norms and candidate expectations.
- Process improvement and project delivery: our processes are homegrown and we know there's tons of room for optimisation, including automation and data management compliance, including assessing our payroll management model and making a recommendation on when / whether this should be wholly outsourced and on what basis (global / local).
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to process large datasets with appropriate data accuracy controls.
- Previous experience conducting tailored benefits reviews, with the proven ability to conduct ROI assessments and make compelling commercial cases.
- Broad understanding of salary benchmarking best-practice, and frameworks that support niche / emerging industries.
- Exposure to and knowledge of international employment norms, benefits administration and / or payroll processing would be a huge advantage.
- Salary: £60,000 - £77,000.
