Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Training team in managing the onboarding process.
  • Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR matters, including Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures, People Development, and Absence Management.
  • Lead employee support and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop targeted training courses.
  • Monitor HR-related tasks, such as annual leave requests, maternity leave, and data entry.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification (desired)
  • Experience working with Employee Relations
  • Strong IT skills
  • Knowledge of GDPR
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
