About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our dedicated team as a Healthcare Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to individuals in residential, nursing homes and private hospitals.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate of up to £15.00, inclusive of tax-free profit share of up to £3,600 per annum. You will also have access to industry-leading pay rates, weekly pay, membership of our Employee Trust, flexible full and part-time hours, and career progression opportunities.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a caring and compassionate nature with a real desire to help people. Additionally, you must be a driver or have access to reliable transport and be resident in the UK.
